I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (MS, RDN) trained on the use of a low FODMAP diet for IBS by Monash University. I am passionate about helping people find the most optimal diet for them, one that helps them achieve their health goals while eating delicious and highly gratifying healthy foods.
I find it incredibly rewarding to work with people one-on-one and empower them to achieve their health goals. While I have been helping clients with a variety of different nutrition goals (weight loss, food allergies etc.) - and still do - I have realized how many of them suffer from gastrointestinal (GI) issues and don’t have the tools available to manage their symptoms. IBS is one that especially afflicts people's lives: in addition to the painful physical symptoms, it has an emotional and social burden.
I have decided to specialize in the Low FODMAP Diet - a novel approach developed by researchers of Monash University - because I want to make a difference in the lives of people with IBS: people like you.
